Description
Calcium is an important component of plant cell walls and intercellular layers, which gives plant cells a certain mechanical strength. At the same time, calcium has the ability to eliminate certain organic acids in the plant body, reduce the toxicity of organic acids, and promote the growth and development of crop roots (fibrous root).
The formula contains also a high-quality seaweed extract (from Laminaria digitata).This unique brown algae grows in the Brittany region of the North Atlantic Ocean. Freshly harvested seaweeds are processed through an IP protected extraction/separation production line, without using any chemicals. The product contains a great deal of nutrients and compounds beneficial to plants such as natural phytohormone, mannitol, fucoidans, laminarans, and phenolic substances. The combination of mineral nutrients and seaweed extract in this formula can effectively promote the growth and the root development of the crops, prevent the flower- and fruit fall, increase the yield, and improve the fruit quality. Especially under abiotic stress situations such as drought, flood, frost, heat, salinity, and the improper use of pesticides, it can effectively enhance crop immunity and resistance to guarantee hence the normal crop growth and development.
The combination of seaweed extract and calcium can induce a good synergistic effect. Calcium can enhance cells' resistance to fungal infection, promote cell elongation and root growth. During the fruit expansion period, it can enhance the intercellular adhesion, reduce fruit cracking, and extend the shelf life of the fruit. The seaweed extract with the natural phytohormone auxin, gibberellin and cytokinin can promote the growth and development of plants and the roots, promote cell division, slow down the cellular senescence, enhance fruit setting rate of fruits and vegetables, and improve crop stress resistance. Application & dosage
For foliar application: 2-4L/ha at 10-14 days intervals
Caution: please do not spray in high noon or at raining days, application preferably in the early morning or late afternoon.
For fertigation or drip irrigation: 0.2-0.3%,10-20L/ha
