Description
Nutrifoli® CalBor is a formulation with high calcium an boron content,developed for the application shortly before flowering and at fruit set. The synergy effect between calcium and boron is a well known phenomenon. Both elements are essential components of the plant cell wall; boron can increase the flower and fruit set, while calcium can prevent and reduce the blossom and fruit drop. However, the coexist of calcium and boron in concentrated form is often problematic. Water-insoluble precipitate can be formed rapidly and there are indeed some products on the market that are based on water-insoluble ingredients like colemanite. In spite of this, all nutrients in Nutrifoli® CalBor are completely water-soluble and thus best available to the crops. It is safe to use, highly effective and easy to handle, inconveniences while mixing single calcium and boron products are completely spared.
